• Webex electronic hearing pilot

    Expansion to NSW and the ACT From Monday 11 November 2024, the New South Wales (NSW) registries (including Albury and Lismore) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) will join an expanded Webex pilot. This follows a successful initial pilot with judges and registrars conducted nationally earlier this year. During the pilot, the following electronic court events (in NSW and the ACT) will be conducted using the Webex platform:

  • Response to an Application in an Appeal

    This form is used by the respondent/s named in the Application in an Appeal who wishes to oppose the orders sought or asks the Court to make other orders. You will need to file an affidavit with this form.

    These reports contain corporate information about the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Included in these reports are an introduction and overview of the Court, reviews of the Court's activities, and a report on Court performance.   • Application for exemption from paying Court fees - general (general federal law)

    This form is used in general federal law or migration proceedings to make an application to be exempted from paying a court fee.
