You must file a Response and supporting Affidavit if you: consent to the orders sought are seeking different orders are seeking to dismiss the claim, or are making a cross-claim. The response must be filed and served within 28 days after receiving the application unless the Court orders otherwise or the parties agree to extend the time. If you do not file a response, you must file and serve a Notice of address for service before the hearing. You should file all documents for the Court through eLodgment.
