Administrative law: Overview

The Federal Circuit and Family Court (the Court) has jurisdiction to:

review decisions under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977

determine some appeals from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
determine child support appeals, and
enforce determinations of the Information Commissioner under the Privacy Act 1988.
