This guide addresses how to appropriately communicate with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2), including chambers staff, Court Children's Services, and registry and other Court staff.
The purpose of this report is to inform the Attorney-General, the Parliament, court clients and the public about the performance of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) (FCFCOA (Division 1)) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (FCFCOA (Division 2)) in the financial year ending 30 June 2024. Prepared according to parliamentary reporting requirements, the report outlines the goals in the Courts’ Portfolio Budget Statements and Corporate Plan and relates the results achieved during the year to those goals. It provides information on the Courts’ performance in relation to their stated outcomes.
