This form is used to apply for an urgent interim Commonwealth workplace protection order (CWPO).
The evidence supporting an application for a CWPO of any kind must be provided by affidavit, statement of claim or points of claim filed with the application (see rule 8.04 of the General Federal Law Rules).

Filing with the court
Once complete, you need to file the application with the Court. It must be filed electronically using eLodgment, unless it is not reasonably practicable to do so. Applications submitted via eLodgment should select that the matter is urgent and upload a coversheet as to urgency of no more than one page.
If the application cannot be filed via eLodgment, the applicant may apply by email or telephone to the Registry. For urgent after-hours applications, contact the Duty Registrar on 1300 352 000.
