      This guide (linked to the Attorney-General's Department) provides information to separating couples about the options for resolving their property arrangements, from an informal agreement through to filing consent orders with the court and litigating the matter in court.
    • Family Law Practice Direction: Medical procedure proceedings

      This Practice Direction applies to all family law applications filed in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia relating to a child undertaking a major medical procedure.
    • Proposed Standard Orders - Migration - Final hearing

      This document contains the proposed standard orders that parties may use to seek timetabling orders from the Court for a final hearing of a migration matter.

This form is not filed but is provided to the Judicial Officer hearing the case when you first appear in Court.
