      The FCFCOA Subpoena form (used for all jurisdictions) has been updated and the new version, number 0921V3, is now available. The changes include incorporating a question confirming if leave to issue the subpoena is required (in family law proceedings) and amending some of the Notes. A grace period for accepting the previous version, number 0921V2, applies until 31 October 2022.

      The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (PID Act) promotes integrity and accountability in the Commonwealth public sector. The PID Act encourages employees, former employees, and others prescribed by the PID Act to disclose wrongdoing by public officials. The PID Act provides protections for people who make disclosures and requires agencies to take appropriate action. The CEO and Principal Registrar of the FCFCOA has authorised the following officers to handle public interest…
