      This form is used to apply for a Certificate of non-compliance with subpoena if the person named in the subpoena (which was served in New Zealand) fails to comply with the subpoena.
    • Notice of Request to Inspect

      This form is used by the person who issued the subpoena to seek permission to inspect a subpoena.

      Fees for general federal law matters, including Admiralty, Administrative law, Bankruptcy, Consumer law, Fair work, Human Rights, Intellectual Property and Migration,
    • Application for consent orders (form)

      This form is available for legal practitioners, if you are an unrepresented litigant see the Application for Consent Orders Kit which includes instructions and additional information to assist you to complete and file the form.
    • Notice Disputing Itemised Costs Account

      This notice is used by a person who wishes to dispute an Itemised Costs Account when the amount of legal costs and expenses is in dispute. This notice must be served on the person entitled to costs within 28 days of the service of the Itemised Costs Account.
    • Procedures for determining breaches of the APS code of conduct and for determining sanctions

      Legislative requirement: Section 15(3) Public Service Act 1999 Employees affected: All Australian Public Service employees and former employees of the Statutory Agency declared under section 18ZE of the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 Supersedes:
    • Affidavit of Search

      This affidavit is modified for use by a person who has: conducted a search (or caused a search to be conducted) of the National Personal Insolvency Index pursuant to Rule 4.06(3) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021; and/or searched the office of the relevant court in relation to a judgement debt pursuant to Rule 4.06(5) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021.
    • Superannuation Information Kit

      This form is used by an eligible person to request information from a superannuation fund when superannuation orders are sought in financial or property proceedings
