This document contains the proposed standard orders that parties may use to seek timetabling orders from the Court for an extension of time application in a migration matter.
An applicant must file their application for judicial review within 35 days of the date of the migration decision of the Tribunal.
Where an applicant fails to apply to the Court for judicial review within this time and seeks an extension, the Court has a discretion to extend the time in which review may be sought.
