      The Chief Justice has approved changes to the following Court forms: Application for Consent Orders, and Annexure to Proposed Consent Parenting Order (Current Case). These forms have been amended in consultation with the Courts’ Family Violence Committee as part of the Courts’ commitment to improving and refining its processes.

      The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has the jurisdiction or power to deal with dissolution of marriage (i.e. divorce) under Part VI of the Family Law Act 1975 .
    • Going to court – tips for your court hearing

      This fact sheet is for people who are representing themselves in court. It covers some of the things you can do to prepare for your court hearing, as well as what you should and should not do inside the courtroom.

      This form is used to seek permission to attend by telephone or video link.
    • Request by a non-party for access to Court documents (General Federal Law and/or Migration)

      This form is to be used when a non-party is requesting access to General Federal Law and/or Migration Court documents pursuant to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (General Federal Law) Rules 2025.

      The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (the Court) is seeking public assistance to help locate 8 year-old child, Kealin Paul John Francisco, born 17 December 2016. Kealin has a fair complexion with freckles, and ginger coloured hair which is mid-length top with short back and sides. He has blue coloured eyes and is approximately 120 cm tall with a slim build.
