    • Bond

      This form of Bond has been prepared by the Court as a precedent for use when a court has ordered a person to enter into a Bond (also known as a recognizance) as a consequence of a contravention of a court order.
    • Subpoena - Family Law

      This form is used by a party in a family law proceeding to ask the Courts to issue a subpoena. A subpoena is a legal document issued by the Courts.
    • Notice of Discontinuance

      This form is used if you are no longer seeking all or some of the orders previously sought by you. Filing this notice does not prevent any other party from continuing with their case and obtaining orders including for costs.
    • Practice and procedure update: Family law appeals eFiling launch – filing and fee payment made simpler

      The Court is pleased to announce that as of 9 December 2024 appeals will be commenced, and documents in appeals filed, on the Commonwealth Courts Portal
    • Update to the profession 4: Lighthouse model and Evatt List expansion to commence next week

      The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (the Courts) are delighted to provide this last update with the commencement of the expansion of the Lighthouse model and the Evatt List from this Monday 28 November 2022.
    • Itemised costs account

      This itemised costs account form may be used when costs have been ordered to be paid as assessed. The party who is entitled to the costs being paid must serve an itemised costs account on the liable party to pay the costs. If there is no dispute, the party liable then pays the amount as ordered.
