    • Parenting orders – obligations, consequences and who can help

      This information is for parents and other people, such as grandparents, who are subject to a parenting order. It includes information, pursuant to section 65DA(2) of the Family Law Act 1975, about the legal obligations created by a parenting order and the consequences that may follow if it is contravened (breached).
    • How do I access my orders?

      As part of our commitment to the Government’s digital continuity policy, the Court no longer posts hard copies of sealed orders, including divorce orders by mail. Court orders are signed and sealed electronically and available to download from the Commonwealth Courts Portal (the Portal). The Portal provides users with secure web-based access to their court file and documents including divorce and court orders.
    • Proposed Standard Orders - Migration - Summary judgment

      This document contains the proposed standard orders that may be used to seek timetabling orders from the Court where a migration matter has been listed for summary judgment.
    • Response to an application in an arbitration

      This form is used to respond to an application in an arbitration.
    • Update to the profession: Applications for Review

      This update provides important information about Applications for Review filed after 24 November 2023 in family law.
    • Response to an Application in a Proceeding

      This form is used to respond to an Application in a Proceeding if you oppose the orders sought or you are asking the Court to make other orders.   
    • Response to an Application in an Appeal

      This form is used by the respondent/s named in the Application in an Appeal who wishes to oppose the orders sought or asks the Court to make other orders. You will need to file an affidavit with this form.
    • Bankruptcy - Application in a proceeding

      This form is used to make an application for interlocutory orders once a proceeding has been commenced by a Bankruptcy – Application.
    • Form 6 – Application for Arbitration

      This form is for parties to seek an order referring the matter to arbitration
    • Bankruptcy - Notice stating grounds of opposition to an Application or Application in a proceeding

      This form is used by a person who wishes to oppose the orders sought in a Bankruptcy – Application or Bankruptcy – Application in a Proceeding. You must file an Affidavit in support of the grounds of opposition with this form.
