    • I am not a parent of the child/ren – should I complete the Family DOORS Triage questionnaire?

      Yes. If you are a party to the proceeding and you are a non-parent of the child/ren (ie. grandparent, aunt/uncle, elder sibling, kinship carer) you are encouraged to complete the risk screening process.
    • Do the questions relate to the past situation and/or circumstances or the present?

      The Family DOORS Triage risk screen questionnaire is designed to be answered from your perspective and the Court encourages you to answer the questions as best you can in relation to your current situation and circumstances. Where the question does not specifically apply/relate to you, please consider it in the context of your situation.
