    • Update to the profession No. 2: Commencement of the new Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

      The Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia released information last week outlining changes to court operations that will occur on the commencement of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) from 1 September 2021. On the first of September we will see a new Court that is innovative, fair and efficient and focuses on risk, responsiveness and resolution, by:  
    • Increase to general federal law court fees - 1 July 2025

      The fees payable in the Federal Circuit and Family Court are changing from 1 July
    • 2018-19 Federal Circuit Court Annual Report

    • FCFCOA Court Facility Dog Program - Feedback Form

    • 2019-20 Federal Circuit Court Annual Report

    • How the Court process works for parenting cases (AUSLAN)

      This video, with an Auslan interpretation, explains the usual process of a family law case involving children and provides an overview of what can be expected in most cases in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
    • How will my migration case be managed through the Court?

      This video explains how a migration case typically progresses through the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
    • What to expect when attending a court hearing (AUSLAN)
