Increase to general federal law and migration law court fees - 1 July 2026

The fees payable in the Federal Circuit and Family Court are changing from 1 July 2026.

The Court does not set the fees payable, they are set by Federal Government Regulations - Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court Regulations 2022.

The table below shows the current general federal law and migration law fees payable and the new fees from 1 July.
