      The Commonwealth Courts Portal provides users with secure web-based access to information about cases that are before these courts. The Portal is a central system that enables registered litigants and legal practitioners to log on using a single user ID and password and access information from multiple jurisdictions.       The Victorian Bar Pro Bono Scheme is a Scheme operated by the Victorian Bar in conjunction with the Court. It provides a process for the Court’s judicial officers to make a request to the Victorian Bar for advice, representation and assistance from barristers when judicial officers identify circumstances in which such assistance is needed to ensure the administration of justice and litigants are unable to afford to obtain representation.

      The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1 and Division 2) (‘the Courts’) are thrilled to announce the expansion of the successful Court Dog Program with the addition of three new facility dogs to operate in the Sydney, Parramatta and Newcastle registries.
