Most of the time, parents are the ones who can’t agree about what is best for kids and ask the Family Court for help. But sometimes, other adults ask the Court for help too. These adults could be grandparents, aunts, uncles or other people who have looked after the kids in the family.

Kid’s Corner mostly talks about parents, but the information here is relevant to all types of adults who come to the Court when they can’t agree about what is best for kids.
