      Some forms cannot be eFiled on the Commonwealth Courts Portal and must be filed by email or post at the Court registry where the matter is being heard. The filing email address and postal address are available on the location page of the location that your matter is being heard. For the filing email address see the dropdown heading Family law email contacts, then the heading Filing of documents by email.

      The Court’s National Appeal Registry has four locations.

      Translated versions of the Family DOORS Triage risk screening and case management – Information sheet for parties
    • Interpreter policy and guidelines

      If you have difficulty with English and need an interpreter to understand what is being said at a court hearing, you will need to arrange for any interpreter that you or your witnesses may require. A certified interpreter is required to provider interpreter services for hearings where cross examination will occur, except in exceptional circumstances where no certified interpreter is available for the language required.

      This plan sets out how we will make information available under the Information Publication Scheme (IPS).
