      The Courts have updated the following family law forms: Response to Initiating Application, Undertaking, Third Party Debt Notice, Enforcement Warrant, Affidavit: Translation of Marriage Certificate, Notice of Address for Service
    • Lismore registry closed

      Due to flood damage and the rectification work required to bring the building back to a safe level, the Court’s Lismore registry will remain closed until after the Easter period, with re-opening anticipated to be 19 April 2022 (to be confirmed). The Court has a natural disaster replacement document form and a streamlined process for lawyers and litigants to request and receive replacement copies of files at no charge.
