  • Lismore registry closed

    Due to flood damage and the rectification work required to bring the building back to a safe level, the Court’s Lismore registry will remain closed until after the Easter period, with re-opening anticipated to be 19 April 2022 (to be confirmed). The Court has a natural disaster replacement document form and a streamlined process for lawyers and litigants to request and receive replacement copies of files at no charge.

  • Email filing when you cannot eFile

    Some forms cannot be eFiled on the Commonwealth Courts Portal and must be filed by email or post at the Court registry where the matter is being heard. The filing email address and postal address are available on the location page of the location that your matter is being heard.
