    • Family Law Practice Direction: National Contravention List

      This Practice Direction establishes a National Contravention List which applies to any Application – Contravention filed either pursuant to Part VII Division 13A or Part XIIIA of the Family Law Act 1975 in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia from 1 September 2021.
    • Warrant of arrest

      This form is available for legal practitioners as a precedent for use when a court has ordered that a person be arrested and brought before the Court.
    • Enforcement warrant – Seizure & sale of property

      This form is used, without notice to the payer, to enforce a respondent’s obligation to pay money by the sale or seizure of property.
    • Subpoena in an arbitration

      This form must be filed at the Court registry where the matter is being heard. This cannot be eFiled on the Commonwealth Courts Portal.
    • Application for divorce

      The application for divorce (or divorce kit) is an online form using the Commonwealth Courts Portal. This allows you, within the Court’s secure website, to access your court file, the ability to eFile and access court orders 24/7.
    • Response to an Application in a Proceeding

      This form is used to respond to an Application in a Proceeding if you oppose the orders sought or you are asking the Court to make other orders.   
    • Response to an application in an arbitration

      This form is used to respond to an application in an arbitration.
    • Notice of contention – General Federal Law

      This form is used by the respondent/s named in: An appeal from the Administrative Review Tribunal transferred to the Court from the Federal Court (see Part 27 of the Rules); or An appeal from a decision of the Commissioner (see Part 30 of the Rules).
    • Notice of Request to Inspect – Arbitration

      This form must be filed at the Court registry where the matter is being heard. This form cannot be eFiled on the Commonwealth Courts Portal.
