    • Bankruptcy - Application in a proceeding

      This form is used to make an application for interlocutory orders once a proceeding has been commenced by a Bankruptcy – Application.
    • Affidavit of Search

      This affidavit is modified for use by a person who has: conducted a search (or caused a search to be conducted) of the National Personal Insolvency Index pursuant to Rule 4.06(3) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021; and/or searched the office of the relevant court in relation to a judgement debt pursuant to Rule 4.06(5) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021.

      This information notice establishes the manner in which files in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia may be constituted.
    • Bankruptcy - Notice stating grounds of opposition to an Application or Application in a proceeding

      This form is used by a person who wishes to oppose the orders sought in a Bankruptcy – Application or Bankruptcy – Application in a Proceeding. You must file an Affidavit in support of the grounds of opposition with this form.
    • Form 6 – Application for Arbitration

      This form is for parties to seek an order referring the matter to arbitration
    • Recovery orders

      This fact sheet explains what a recovery order is and who can apply for a recovery order. It also includes information about what you can do when a child has been taken from Australia without consent, or has not been returned to Australia.
    • Application – contempt

      This form is used to apply for a person to be punished for contempt of court. An Affidavit must be filed at the same time stating the facts relied on in support of the application
    • Undertaking

      An undertaking is a promise to the Court which is as binding as a Court order.
    • Notice of Discontinuance

      This form is used if you are no longer seeking all or some of the orders previously sought by you. Filing this notice does not prevent any other party from continuing with their case and obtaining orders including for costs.
    • Media release: The Courts hosts First Nations Forum in Brisbane and launches film

      The Courts proudly host their inaugural First Nations Forum in Brisbane, involving leaders from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community led legal and social services sector and other services supporting First Nations children and families through the family law system.
