      This fact sheet provides information for parties who have had a Family Report ordered by the Court.
    • Request for file inspection (Family law only)

      This form is used by a party or their lawyer or an Independent Children’s Lawyer to request access to view a file if they are unable to view the documents on the file via the Commonwealth Courts Portal. 
    • Notice of change of name

      This form is used if a party to a current family law proceeding changes their name during the proceedings.
    • Statement of financial circumstances - Individual

      Use this form to provide information about your financial circumstances in support of an application to defer payment of court fees on the grounds that, considering those circumstances, it would be oppressive or otherwise unreasonable to require payment of the fee at the time it is required under the Regulation.
    • Guidelines for reduced fee - divorce and decree of nullity application

      Information about eligibility to apply for a reduction of divorce fee - general
    • Australian subpoenas served in NZ

      This prescribed notice and information sheet must be attached to and served with a Subpoena issued under the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Family Law) Rules 2021 to be served in New Zealand.

      This fact sheet is for people who have been ordered to attend a Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) conference in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
