    • Family Advocacy and Support Services (FASS)

      Family Advocacy and Support Services (FASS) provide support and legal help if you are affected by domestic and family violence and have a family law issue. Duty lawyers and support workers available in person Monday to Friday at the following FCFCOA locations:

      The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (the Court) is seeking public assistance to help locate 8 year-old child, Kealin Paul John Francisco, born 17 December 2016. Kealin has a fair complexion with freckles, and ginger coloured hair which is mid-length top with short back and sides. He has blue coloured eyes and is approximately 120 cm tall with a slim build.

      The Magellan List is a case management pathway, designed to ensure that the cases which involve the most vulnerable children and are very resource intensive, are dealt with as effectively and efficiently as possible.
