      The Federal Circuit and Family Court places a priority on safety and can assist with the safety of you and your family when attending court. If you have any concerns for your safety, it is important you let the Court know at least five days before your court event.
    • Family Violence Plan

      The Family Violence Plan (the Plan) reflects the ongoing commitment by both Courts to the early identification and management of matters where violence or the risk of violence is alleged, and to keeping all court users safe. It is an overarching document setting out important actions to be undertaken by the Courts to ensure best practice in all areas of administration, operation and application of the law. It covers areas as diverse as building layout, security screening, risk assessment, safety planning for individual litigants as well as education and training of staff and the judiciary.…
    • Request for deferral of court fees (family law)

      This form is used by someone who wishes to apply for a deferral of payment of court fees.
    • Affidavit of Search

      This affidavit is modified for use by a person who has: conducted a search (or caused a search to be conducted) of the National Personal Insolvency Index pursuant to Rule 4.06(3) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021; and/or searched the office of the relevant court in relation to a judgement debt pursuant to Rule 4.06(5) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Bankruptcy) Rules 2021.
