      Use this brochure for information about legal costs to which Chapter 12 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Family Law) Rules 2021 (Family Law Rules 2021) applies.

      The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (PID Act) promotes integrity and accountability in the Commonwealth public sector. The PID Act encourages employees, former employees, and others prescribed by the PID Act to disclose wrongdoing by public officials. The PID Act provides protections for people who make disclosures and requires agencies to take appropriate action.     • Third party debt notice (form)

      This form is used by a person seeking to enforce an obligation to pay money by directing a third party (e.g. the employer of the Respondent (payer) named in this Notice) to pay a lump sum or a redirection of earnings or periodic payments.
    • Application for sealed copy of orders

      If you require a sealed copy of orders from a file that are not available from the Commonwealth Courts Portal and you were a party to the proceedings you should complete the Application for sealed copy of orders. It is important to include the full names of the parties. Most orders made after July 2017 are available to download from the Commonwealth Courts Portal at no cost.

In alignment with the Australian Information Security Manual (ISM), we recognise the valuable role that security researchers and general public play in identifying and reporting vulnerabilities.
