      This brochure is for people who want the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to issue a subpoena in a family law matter. It provides information about the use of, and compliance with, subpoenas in the Court.
    • Subpoena: Information for named person or other person (served with a subpoena or a copy of a subpoena) (prescribed brochure)

      This brochure is for people who have been served with: A subpoena, and who are required to comply with the subpoena (named person), or; A copy of a subpoena as a party or interested person, and who may want to object to the inspecting or copying of a document/s to be produced in compliance with the subpoena. It provides information about the use of, and compliance with, subpoenas in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (the Court).

      Speaking at the No to Violence National Conference titled, Leading Radical Change: A Call to Action to End Men’s Family Violence, the Chief Justice of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1 and Division 2) (the Courts), the Hon William Alstergren AO, joined a chorus of experts and leaders calling for action to end family violence.

      The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (the Courts) are delighted to provide this last update with the commencement of the expansion of the Lighthouse model and the Evatt List from this Monday 28 November 2022.
