No. Your case will be placed on the appropriate case management pathway, based on the needs of the case. If both parties complete the risk screen, the Court will use the highest screening result from the completed risk screen to determine the initial case management pathway. If neither party completes the risk screen, the case will be managed in accordance with the Central Practice Direction – Family Law Case Management.
