      The Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia released information last week outlining changes to court operations that will occur on the commencement of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) from 1 September 2021. On the first of September we will see a new Court that is innovative, fair and efficient and focuses on risk, responsiveness and resolution, by:
