This fact sheet provides information for people who want to: apply for an Australian passport for a child, but one of the signatories can not or will not sign the application form; prevent a child they have parental responsibility for from leaving Australia.
    • Children: My application is urgent

This page explains what you need to do to notify the Court if your application is urgent.
    • Response – Human Rights

This form is used to respond to an application in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) alleging unlawful discrimination under the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986: see rule 28.05 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (General Federal Law) Rules 2025 (the Rules).
    • Application for review - general federal law & migration

This form is used to apply to the Court for a review of the exercise of a power by a Registrar in proceedings other than appeal proceedings. Use a Form B3A – Application for Review in bankruptcy proceedings.
    • Separation and stress

It has been acknowledged that separation and divorce are one of the most stressful life events a person can experience. Regardless of the terms in which a relationship ended, there are a number of emotional, practical and legal matters that may need to be addressed, all of which contribute to heightened stress.
    • Request for deferral of court fees (family law)

This form is used by someone who wishes to apply for a deferral of payment of court fees.
    • Affidavit – non-filing of family dispute resolution certificate

If you are applying for interlocutory orders, that is, orders to cover your case until a final hearing can take place, then you do not need to complete this affidavit. You will have to complete an Application in a proceeding and an affidavit in support.
    • Affidavit of service by hand (divorce)

This form is used by a person filing a sole application for divorce who is arranging service of the divorce application on their spouse by hand.
    • Migration: Other matters

Appeals An appeal is not a re-hearing of the original dispute. Rather, it is an examination of whether the law was applied correctly in your case.
