The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Court) is the biggest and busiest court in the federal judicial system, having broad jurisdiction across areas including family law, migration, bankruptcy, fair work, administrative law, intellectual property and consumer law. Sitting in all capital cities, the Court comprises 94 judges, hundreds of legal, social science and related support staff, and has the largest proportion of migration filings in the federal jurisdiction.
We are eager to engage highly skilled applicants who are enthusiastic and motivated to work within a dynamic new structure. We are seeking to fill multiple roles in the following areas:
- Judicial Registrars – general federal law
- Associates/National Legal Officers – general federal law
- Assistants to Judicial Registrars
This recruitment is an exciting opportunity to be involved in, and influence, important general federal law-related case management reforms that will improve access to justice in a modern and innovative Court environment.
In addition to rewarding work, successful applicants will join a diverse, collaborative national team and are eligible to receive attractive remuneration packages, including 15.4% superannuation.
