Feeling worried face

Worried (feeling concerned)

  • What it might feel like: You might have lots of racing thoughts that keep going round and round in your head about something bad that might happen. You might feel a knot in your stomach or find it hard to relax.
  • Why you might feel it: When you are thinking about things that could happen at school or in your family, or about what the Court might decide.
  • What you can do: Share your worries with a trusted adult. Sometimes just saying them out loud makes them feel smaller. Some kids might find it helpful to write down their worries.
