Family Expert
An adult that meets with kids and their family and then writes a report. The report can help parents and the Court make decisions that are best for kids.
There are different types of family experts. Some are called Court Child Experts. Some are called Family Consultants. Others might be called Report Writers. You might see a family expert in the court building, or you might see them in a different building like an office.
